You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Coordinating transportation plans to ensure on-time, complete, and cost-effective deliveries across EMEA.
• Communicating with customers, carriers, logistics providers, and internal partners to maintain shipment visibility and resolve transportation issues.
• Managing carrier relationships, routing decisions, and shipment priorities to balance service excellence with cost efficiency.
• Monitoring shipment status, transportation data, and order information to identify risks and take proactive corrective actions.
• Resolving delivery, documentation, and transportation challenges while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
• Tracking transportation costs, delivery performance metrics, and cost-avoidance opportunities to support operational objectives.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization efforts, and cross-functional supply chain projects.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain-related role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience communicating with customers, carriers, logistics providers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to LEAN principles, continuous improvement practices, or process optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of supply chain and transportation processes.
• French or German language skills are a plus.
