In 2022, CCN Holding established its Bucharest Branch Office to participate in hospital tenders in Romania and oversee awarded projects. CCN is currently executing the Dimitrie Gerota Emergency Hospital Project for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bucharest, SRU Iasi (Spitalul Regional de Urgenta Iasi,) SRU Cluj (Spitalul Regional de Urgenta Cluj), Children Hospital Cluj and continues to expand its international presence through major construction and healthcare projects.
CCN Construction is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Architect to join our team in Romania and contribute to the design and delivery of a major healthcare project, SRU Cluj, an architect with strong BIM and Revit expertise, capable of working within a multidisciplinary environment and contributing to the coordination of complex architectural and engineering solutions.
What we are looking for:
• Solid professional experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in developing and coordinating architectural BIM models.
• Ability to review architectural design documentation and identify coordination issues.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams – architectural, structural and MEP.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, standards and project requirements.
• Experience with large-scale and technically complex projects; healthcare experience would be considered an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English.
