Could you be the full-time HR Admin Analyst with French (Internship) – 6 months in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and communication expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside passionate and dedicated teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring seamless service delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as HR Operations and Payroll), provide first-level HR system support, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of handling service requests via Salesforce and managing employee documentation, but also support payroll-related queries and generate reports as needed.
We’ll look to you for:
Handling service requests (e.g., creation of employee documentation, payroll-related queries, and recruiting support) via Salesforce, email, or phone
Creating and managing employee documentation, including archiving
Providing first-level support for HR systems
Handling payroll and employment-related queries
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for processing requests
Following work instructions and ensuring adherence to specific policies and procedures
Keeping records of open requests and ensuring timely follow-ups
Allocating requests with specific process/language/country requirements to relevant colleagues
Creating or requesting supporting documents required for service requests
Running standard and ad hoc reports as requested

Degree-level qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Word (essential), Excel, and PowerPoint (nice to have)
Excellent customer and interpersonal skills

Good customer service or HR knowledge (nice to have)
Advanced proficiency in English and French (mandatory for this role)
