Every strong pack needs someone at its heart — someone who looks after its people and protects its culture. That could be you. As our People & Culture Specialist, you’ll attract great talent, support growth and wellbeing, and put AI to work on the paperwork — so the whole team can focus on what matters most: people.
This is a hybrid role based in our Cluj-Napoca office, requiring regular in-office presence.
Responsibilities
Create moments that matter: Plan and run internal events and culture initiatives that keep engagement, wellbeing, and team spirit high.
Own the employee journey: From first day to last, make every onboarding and off-boarding experience smooth, thoughtful, and genuinely human.
Be the matchmaker: Support recruitment end-to-end — sourcing, interviewing, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are.
Grow the pack: Identify learning needs and organize development opportunities that help people level up.
Keep feedback flowing: Support performance processes and help make feedback part of everyday growth, not just a yearly event.
Make sense of the numbers: Track HR KPIs (headcount, attrition, engagement) and turn them into insights that guide better decisions.
Keep things running smoothly: Handle day-to-day HR operations while continuously improving how things work behind the scenes.
Let AI do the heavy lifting: Use AI tools to streamline HR processes — from drafting content to reporting — always with a human eye and judgment.
